This easy recipe combines the best of a quesadilla and an omelette, using just a few ingredients. Perfect for a quick and satisfying campfire meal!
Ingredients:
- 1 medium egg
- 1 handful of grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar are great options)
- 1 mini tortilla wrap
What You’ll Need:

- Spatula
- Knife
Method:
- Heat a small frying pan and crack the egg directly into it.
- Immediately add the grated cheese, mixing it with the egg using a spatula.
- Swirl the pan to evenly coat the bottom with the egg and cheese mixture.
- Before the egg fully sets, place a mini tortilla wrap on top and press down gently to adhere it to the omelette.
- Cook for another minute or two until the egg and cheese turn a golden, delicious colour. Flip the whole thing over to crisp up the tortilla, or leave it softer if you prefer to roll it up for easy eating.
