Ingredients:
- One ripe banana per person
- 25g of mini marshmallows
- 50g of chocolate chips (we recommend dark chocolate)
- Crushed digestive biscuits (we suggest 4 biscuits but its preference)
- Chopped mixed nuts
- Whipped cream and/or ice cream to serve
Method:
- Peel and cut through the side of the banana. Gently open out the cut of the banana to reveal a pocket for the other ingredients.
- Fill the banana with marshmallows, chocolate chips & then wrap the whole thing in foil twice ready to put on either your BBQ or campfire.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the parcels are soft when gently pressed.
- Open the parcel and top with the remaining toppings, serve & enjoy!
